Smart glasses — building them myself, step by step.

The idea
There are smart glasses like the Ray-Ban Meta — neat, but around 800 dollars. I'm making something different: a module you can clip onto almost any glasses and turn them smart. Not buying a new pair for 800 — upgrading the ones you already wear.
Why I'm building it
I don't want to drop 800 dollars on it myself — and I doubt I'm the only one. I want this to be affordable. It's also my first big project: I'm learning by building it with my own hands.
Where it is now
Right now I'm buying the components for the first prototype. Next is to assemble it and see whether the idea actually holds up.
What's next
Buy the components for the first prototype
Assemble the first working prototype
Test it on ordinary glasses and show the process on YouTube
